Repair Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

CAUTION: Keeper Necklaces and ALL other products:

-NOT INTENDED FOR UNSUPERVISED USE BY CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

-NOT INTENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE IN HIGH RISK WORK ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS HOSPITALS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS DEALING WITH INFECTIOUS DISEASES, TOXIC CHEMICALS, ETC 

-NOT FOR USE AROUND MOVING EQUIPMENT OR MACHINERY 

-ITEMS ATTACHED TO ANY "KEEPER" NECKLACES OR "LEASHES" ARE NOT TO EXCEED 1 POUND IN WEIGHT 

 

RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES 

-Excessive rubbing, constant heavy pressure, or constant yanking may cause wear and damage to individual beads or damage to our jewelry and accessories, especially to the individual beads, parts, components, and/ or the cable they are strung on.  

-We strongly recommend you hang our hand strung beaded necklaces and leashes up or store them in a fabric or plastic pouch when not in use 

 

Most of our lanyard customers since 1999 have used their necklaces for a year or more without any problem. We offer free repair services for our hand strung lanyards and necklaces because we understand that “life happens” and believe that with a little work on our part, we can make them “like new again” for our customers who love them. 

 

RECOMMENDED CLOTHING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- Turn garment inside out and place into a net laundry bag 

-Set washing machine to gentle cycle while using a mild detergent and cold water 

-Line dry on a plastic hanger 

-When dry use a clothing steamer to remove any folds or wrinkles as needed 

 

JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY: ( ONLY APPLIES TO HAND STRUNG BEADED NECKLACES & LANYARDS) 

•  This policy does NOT apply to earrings, charms, bookmarkers, wallets, or pendants 

 

• The main focal beads must be intact and undamaged for repair. Some beads are “one of a kind” or limited design and cannot be simply replaced. 
  

 

• Oahu, Hawaii residents may drop off and pick up repairs at scheduled in person events as posted on our website or Instagram 

 

• Repair costs start at $5 per item plus our flat rate shipping fee if you need us to mail the repaired item back to you
